The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supplies, transportation, property and malpractice insurance to provide emergency, basic restorative and oral disease prevention/oral health promotion dental service to Indian beneficiaries of Navajo Mountain, Monument Valley and Montezuma Creek, UT. The dentist shall diagnose and treat oral pathology within the limits of the dentist's usual professional qualifications and within the standards of quality generall provided by the other similarily qualified dentists in the State of Utah. Indian Health Service's policies and procedures shall be followed in the performance of this contract to maintain continuity with other IHS facilities and to ensure proper health care for Indian beneficiaries. Multiple awards may be made for a basic year of six (6) months and thereafter 12 months for the first year option and 12 months for the second year option.
