Sweetra, (215)897-5654 The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, intends to solicit and negotiate an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity requirement through full and open competition for a mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Facility, Equipment and Services at the Naval Hospital, Beaufort, SC. The Mobile MRI Facility will perform a approximately 500 scans per year, including but not limited, scans of the brain, knee, shoulder, spine, body and extremities. The scans will be performed two (2) days a week on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The period of performance for this requirement is a base period of 1 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 96, with four (4) one-year option periods. Offerors will be required to submit both cost/price and technical proposals. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8011.
