Public notice is hereby given that the National Park Service proposes to award a concession permit authorizing the continued operation of parking lot facilities and services for the public at Lincoln Home National Historic Site, Illinois, for a period of approximately four (4) years from April 1, 1995, to September 30, 1998. Interested parties should contact the Superintendent, Lincoln Home National Historic Site, 413 South Eighth Street, Springfield, Illinois 62701, (phone: 217-492-4649) to obtain a copy of the prospectus describing the requirements of the proposed permit. SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: This permit has been determined to be categorically excluded from the procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act and no environmental document will be prepared. The Secretary will consider and evaluate all proposals received as a result of this notice. Any proposals must be received by the Superintendent not later than the sixtieth (60th) day following publication of this notice to be considered and evaluated. (037)
