Mishook, (607)776-5416 Recliner, Mobile: Equipped w/adjustable (minimum of 4 settings) flip down arms and an on chair storage tray; shall be furnished with a minimum of 200ml thick seamless molded vinyl cushions featuring a seat depth adjustment to accommodate varying patient sizes; chair frame shall be constructed of a minimum of 1'' - 14 gauge and 11 gauge steel tubing with welded joints; heavy duty polyurethane or equivalent casters shall be furnished for mobility; side panels shall be constructed of approx. 3/8'' plywood wrapped in vinyl; chair shall be provided with a gas-charged type cylinder to accomodate patient trendelenburg positions. Contemplated Issue Date of this proposal is February 16, 1995 with an approximate Opening Date of March 3, 1995. Cost range is between $25,000 to $100,000.
