Fundacion Para La Educacion Superior, (FES Foundation), is implementing the Justice Sector Reform Program for the Government of Colombia (GOC)under the USAID Cooperative Agreement No. 514-9002-A-00-2002-00, and intends to receive proposal from USA source origin firms, for the supply and installation of office panels, work place (approximately 250) for office space systems, including the required furniture. The purpose is to make these installations in branches of the Prosecutor General's offices in the cities of Barranquilla, Cali, Cucuta and Ibague. Interested firms should submit requests in writing up to February 17, 1995 to obtain the documentation which is available in Spanish by nominal fee of $100 if delivered in Bogota, or $130 if delivered to USA by courier. Checks should be addressed to ''Fundacion FES''. As part of the evaluation process, the GOC has the authority to determine an otherwise successful offeror to be non-responsible.
