The Army requires a contract to Convert Warehouse to Administrative Space, Winn Army Community Hospital, Fort Stewart, Georgia. New construction will consist of miscellaneous interior demolition, installing new metal stud walls, painted gypsum wallboard, doors and frames, suspended acoustical tile ceilings, and vinyl composition tile. Construction will also include the extension of existing and the installation of new power, lighting, HVAC, fire alarm, and sprinkler systems. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance shall commence within 10 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed and shall be completed within 90 calendar days. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a nonrefundable fee of $25.00 for this solicitation. All requests for solicitation packages must be made in writing and accompanied with company check, money order or certified check made payable to Treasurer of the United States.
