McCall, GP26/Contracting Officer Description of work: The work to be performed under this project consists of providing labor, equipment, and materials to rehabilitate the elevators and elevator equipment rooms in Buildings 4200, 4201 and 4202 -- The work will consist of replacement or rehabilitation of the entire elevator system in each building, including all elevator components, related electrical service, controls, and equipment rooms -- Asbestos fireproofing materials will be abated in the equipment rooms and elevator shafts -- All construction work must be performed in a manner to minimize impacts to normal day-to-day activities of personnel in the office buildings -- Worksite is the George C.
