of the furnishing of all plant, materials, labor, services, equipment,
supervision, and performance of work to accomplish renovations
expansions, and replacement as described on the drawings and
specifications. Bidders shall visit the project site at the time of the
pre-bid conference or on their own before submitting a bid. A pre-bid
conference is scheduled tentatively for March 2, 1995 at 10:00 A.M. at
BIA/NAO-Br. of Contracts, Gallup, New Mexico. Bidders are responsible

Nenahnezad Boarding School near Farmington, New Mexico. Invitation for
Bid Number N00-95-18, Bid Opening Date: March 23, 1995 at 2:00 P.M.
This project is Set-Aside for 51% Indian-Owned and Controlled Concerns,
is a Labor Surplus Area Set-Aside. The estimate price range for this
project is between $5,000,000. - $10,000,000. Section 7(b) of PL 93-638
(U.S.C. 450E) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 require that perference opportunities
in employment and training to be given to Indian/Alaska Native
Individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given
to Indian/Alaska Native Economic Enterprises. Failure by the Contractor
to submit a plan for doing so prior to award and implement the same
after award shall be sufficient reason for non-award for termination of
