The effort will involve the use of subcontractor-furnished labor, material, equipment, tools, supervision, and transportation required to install a high-density, polyethylene liner into the Brine Disposal Pipeline, at the Bayou Choctaw SPR Site, in Plaquemine, Iberville Parish, Louisiana. This line is approximately two miles long, the major portion of which is in an area classified as ``wet lands.'' The work to be performed is best classified under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 1629, (Heavy Construction, Except Dredging, Not Elsewhere Clasified). The magnitude of this requirement is anticipated to be between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. A solicitation is expected to be issued on or about the end of February, 1995.
