Provide all labor and materials required to replace the two existing 130 ton centrifugual chillers with two 100 ton reciprocating non-cfc chillers at the Federal Building in Gallup, New Mexico. Work includes, but is not limited to, replacing all existing chilled and condenser water pumps; adding a Flat Plate exchanger and sand filter; adding refrigerant monitoring and ventilation of chiller room; extending new controls to the existing DDC in the Field Office at Albuquerque, NM; upgrading doors, adding and sealing wall openings around chiller room; removing and replacing existing building items to create access for other contract work; and expanding electrical system and lighting in chiller room to provide the service required. All work to be phased and some work shall be performed after normal business hours and on weekends. Estimated cost range: $250,000 to $500,000. Pre- solicitation notice to be sent on or about 2/6/95. This is a negotiated full and open competition procurement and will require submission of technical proposals in accordance with the solicitation. Proposal due date is on or about 4/20/95.
