The factors that the Authority will consider in evaluating proposals are (1) Experience in relevant areas; (2) Experience of assigned personnel; (3) Cost analysis (labor, overhead and profit); (4) Quality of written proposal; (5) Quality of presentation; (6) Past performance on Authority projects; (7) Knowledge of New York marketplace; and (8) Compliance to New York City Transit's contract terms and conditions and the Scope of Work. All inquiries must be received by the Authority by February 17, 1995. all proposals are due on March 7, 1995. The Authority intends to select a proposer or proposers with which to enter into negotiations by May 1995. The anticipated award date is June, 1995. Proposers will be fully responsible for the delivery of their submissions in a timely manner. Reliance upon the U.S. Mail or other carriers is at the proposer's risk.
