R - Provide short-term, temporary, prompt, professional Reader/Assistant Services for employees who are blind or visually impaired. The Reader/Assistant must be on call to meet emergercy situations, E.G., to provide coverage when a staff Reader/Assistant is ill or otherwise incapacitated and other staff Reader/Assistant cannot provide the services. The contractor must be able to provide Reader/Assistants for assignments within one working day of notification. A one year fixed-price requirements type contract is contemplated.
