A qualified competent Industrial Hygienist, laboratory testing personnel and appropriate resources to perform the required on-site services is required. Firms must be able to furnish within a twenty-four hour notification as well as provide test results within a twenty-four hour turn around time. The Government intends to award a Firm for contract period October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with (2) two yearly renewal options which would extend through September 30, 1998.
