Services would include observations, reviewing existing data, calculations, preparing drawings and specifications, construction period duties and site visits. Firms must have in-house capabilities for all architectural disciplines including supervisors, designers, drafters, specification writers, typists and estimators. It is preferred that firm have a qualified Industrial Hygienist on board in the event that asbestos is identified in the area of renovation. Interested Firms must have working offices within a 150-mile radius of the Albany, NY, City limits. The Government intends to award contract for the period of April 1, 1995 through September 30, 1995, with two (2) yearly renewal options for the period of October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 and October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997.
