Services would include observations, reviewing exisiting data, calculations, preparing drawings and specification, construction period duties and site visits. A/E firms must have in-house capabilities for all architectural, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and eletrical disciplines including supervisors, designers, draftersm specification writers, typists and estimators. A certified Industrial Hygienist is preferred to be on board to address any asbestos that may be encountered with the areas of renovation. Interested Firms must have working offices within a 150-mile radius of the Albany, NY City limits. The Government intents to award contract for a period of April 1, 1995 through September 30, 1995, with two (2) yearly renewal options for the periods of October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 and October 1, 1996 through September 30, 1997.
