This is a weekly publication that features articles and information relevant to today's Air Force. It provides up-to-date information on existing and proposed changes to the operation and policies of the Air Force. The material contained in the Air Force Times permits students to be aware of a wide breadth of national and international events with Air Force and military perspective. The requirement is for 586 copies that will be mailed to specified high schools nationwide and overseas that participate in the ROTC program. The contract will be for a basic year (September 1995 through May 1996) and two one-year option periods. Quantity: 586 subscriptions. Any vendor that can meet the above requirement must submit proof in writing. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Only those firms that submit information will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Those firms that do not submit clear and convincing proof of their ability to meet the requirement, or that request a nonexistent RFP, will be considered nonresponsive to this synopsis and will not be further contacted.
