E-4140, Stark Recreation Center, Edgewood Area, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to the following: Hazardous Waste Removal and Disposal, Demolition of walls, ceilings, doors, finishes, window. Disconnection and removal of equipment and fixtures. Install new walls, ceilings, doors, window, finishes, new sprinkler system, men's and women's washrooms including plumbing fixtures, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, lavatory counter and finishes. Installation of new and/or relocate electorial features to include lighting, power, fire alarm, telephone. Installation of pre-engineered glazed structure and concrete foundation with HVAC and electrical features. Contractor will install Government-Furnished items: kitchen equipment, carpet, service counter, and video center. The magnitude of this project is between $500,00 and $1,000,000. Contractor must qualify for security badges. Completion schedule is within 240 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
