JOHN, 202-508-8500 UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries (FPI), Inc. intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for a period of five years with Economic Price Adjustments possible every six months to be shipped FOB destination to Allenwood, PA, and possibly Beckley, W.VA, for walnut and oak panels to be used in the manufacture of furniture for Government agencies. The minimum value of the resulting contract is $5,000,000 - the maximum value is $15,000,000. Shipment will come from an established inventory of the vendor awarded the contract. Deliveries will be made 10 days after submission of UNICOR's delivery orders. Contractor will have 90 days from contract award to establish minimum inventory levels established in the RFP.
