This effort is applicable to the OH-58D Aircraft. Solicitation number is changed from DAAJ09-95-Q-0331 to DAAJ09-95-R-0246. Bid Closing date is changed from N/A to 4/10/95. AVSCOM DMWR 55-1615-331, 15 Aug 88, Change 1, 30 Jul 93, and Change 2, 30 Dec 94 is verified and validated; therefore, this effort will be competed. Special tooling and test equipment is required for this effort, therefore, prospective sources must be capable to either acquire, fabricate, or subcontract for the special tooling and test equipment as called out in the DMWR. In particular it specifies a requirement for Test Stand, P/N 406-040-400-101G1S-1 ''or equivalent.'' Interested sources will provide ''proof of'' or ''documentation of'' sufficiently enough to reflect an ''or equivalent'' Test Stand P/N 406-040-400-101G1S-1 which will be used by a Government preaward survey team to assess the offeror's ability to perform the work required. Also it is noted, Flight Safety Parts are required and will not be deviated from. This effort will be for a three year ordering period, Minimum Qty: 28, Maximum Qty: 88.
