Generally held in early to mid-April, the date is flexible. The contractor must provide carnival operation to include electrical power, equipment required to operate the carnival, rides, games and six (6) portable toilets. We require a minimum of 25 game and refreshment booths and 25 rides. Nellis will provide water and dumpsters. Contractor will need to obtain insurance and all necessary permits.
