Qualification, Recurrent and Supplemental Pilot training in the Lear 60
Aircraft for FAA flight inspection pilots. Estimated Annual Requirement
(EAR) for initial qualification in base year is four (4) students; EAR
for recurrent in base year is eight (8) students; and supplementary on
an ''as needed'' basis. The FAA anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price
indefinite delivery/requirements contract for a base year with two (2)
renewable one-year options and, therefore, the contract will contain
FAR clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, and FAR clause
52-217-9, Option to Extend the Term of the Contract. The Standard

Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at
prime interest rates up to $500,000 per contract to provide accounts
receivable financing. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms
to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $500,000 per
contract. DOT provides an 80 percent guaranty on the bond amount to a
