FISCDET Long Beach intends to modify Contract N00123-93-C-0021 to increase the level of effort within the current labor category of engineer in support of the NALCOMIS program at the Commander Naval Air Force, Pacific, San Diego, CA. These services are required in the area of on-site user and managerial training of the NALCOMIS hardware system. The existing level of effort shall be increased by 4,000 manhours.
