WATSON, CONTRACTING OFFICER, 618-452-4367 The US Army Aviation and Troop Command (ATCOM) is soliciting sources (offerors) to provide Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Counseling Services for both individual and class informal complaints. The Counseling Services are to be performed in accordance with (IAW) the solicitations's statement of work (SOW), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Management Directive (MD) 110 and Title 29, of Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 1614. The counseling performance period is 1 May 95 through 30 Sep 95 with four option years (fiscal year 1996 thru 1999). All counseling services shall be performed at ATCOM, 4300 Goodfellow Blvd., St. Louis, Missouri, in conference rooms designated by the government. As a result of analyzing responses to this sysnopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published. The following historical workload data on informal complaints processed by ATCOM is provided for informational purposes only: FY92-148 ea., FY93-208 ea., FY94-256 each. Interested and qualified offerors with experience in processing informal complaints IAW EEOC MD 110 and Title 29, CFR, Part 1614 shall submit information on counseling services provided to government agencies for the last five years, a resume for each individual who would be performing counseling services to ATCOM if a contract were awarded, and a sample copy of a Counselor's Report prepared by each individual who would be proposed to perform counseling services.
