An indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a basic year plus 2 option years is contemplated to replace built up roofing systems (BURS). The guaranteed minimum of $1,000,000.00 will ordered upon award of the contract for an initial 100 units. Estimated project magnitude for the life of the contract is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Performance period for the first Delivery Order is 280 calendar days after notice to proceed. This solicitation is unrestricted. All solicitation requests must be submitted in writing. A nonrefundable fee of $9.00 payable to the United State Department of Treasury, is required for each solicitation requests.
