The scope of this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, appliances, and equipment necessary to perform repair of streets and drainage in Wood Manor Military Family Housing (MFH) area on Tyndall AFB, FL. Work shall include, but is not limited to, milling and overlaying of roads; installing curbs and gutters; reconstructing sidewalks and driveways, and constructing stormwater swales. This workdescription is intended as general information only and is not intended to include and describe every feature or item of work. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Performance period is expected to be 225 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
