The intention of this contract is to provide and secure bituminous concrete removal and replacement and necessary incidental related work. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, transportation, material and equipment necessary to provide demolition, excavation, installation of bituminous concrete and incidental related work. This is an indefinite quantity contract with no fixed contract price. The minimum guarantee will be $120,000.00. Do not call for additional technical information.
