It is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for the manufacture of silver-zinc battery cells and electrolyte fill kits, in accordance with NAVSEA Weapon Specification 18727 Rev. G and NAVSEA Drawing 5185404 Rev. J, to the two (2) lowest priced, responsible offerors. First Article cells will be required from all offerors. The First Article cells (100 cells and 106 fill kits) will be split equally, and the initial production units (4192 Cells and 4402 fill kits) will be split based on price. There will be 8 Options: Option I (8384 Cells and 8803 Kits) and Options II - VIII (4192 Cells and 4402 kits).
