The fresh air trailer is to include a trailer module consisting of the following main components: High pressure value, prime mover and v-belt drive, purification unit, storage system, fill controlpanel (cascade capable), two position SCBA fill stations and a highway rated trailer. Trailer must provde shelter from the elements by a weather resistant steel enclosure with door panels. This is a brand name or equal requirement fora American Bristol Industries part number MACI30E/D ''OR EQUAL''. This is a non ODCS requirement IAW public law 102-484. This solicitation is being issued for 100% set aside for small business manufacturing concerns which meet the requirements of FAR 19.102(F)(2). Interested small business manufacturing concerns must, as early as possible, but not later than 15 calendar days from the date of this notice,indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the 47th Contracting Squadron listed above, evidence of capability to perform. Small Business manufacturing concerns must submit their request with a positive statement of eligibility as a smallbusiness manufacturing concern in accordance with FAR 19.102(f)(2).
