Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and tools necessary to maintain in satisfactory operation condition. Scheduled services shall be performed semi-annually. Response time shall be telephonically 2 hours/On-site 24 hours. Downtime shall not exceed 48 hours or contractor will provide the hospital with a loaner.
