This acquisition is planned for sole source procurement to Northrop Grumman Melbourne Systems. Basic line item structure applicable to this solicitation will include the following: 0001 Services and supplies necessary to design, integrate, test and install at existing buildings at Robins AFB an organic Joint Stars Software Support Facility (SSF) which will possess at least the following capabilities: Maintenance of the Grumman Melbourne Systems (GMS) developed Joint Stars Weapon System Software and the SSF Software. Formal qualification testing (FQT) of computer program configuration items (CPCI'S), Joint interoperability testing (JIT) at both the combat air force and joint service levels.. 0002 Prime mission equipment required to support the SSF. 0003 Commercial equipment/hardware required to support the SSF. 0004 SSF noncommercial unique equipment (exclusive of PME required to support the SSF. 0005 Commercial software required to support the SSF. 0006 SSF Noncommercial software required to support the SSF. 0007 Technical manuals for the SSF. 0008 Familiarization/training on the use of the SSF. 0009 Various technical data to be set forth in the solicitation. Option item(s) 2 year duration 0001 Supplies and services necessary to design, upgrade, integrate and test the SSF to enable the SSF to be able to perform complete integration testing of the operations and control subsystem(s).
