Features include construction of: water supply mains; a pumphouse complete with fire pumps, piping, and associated equipment; two 4' x 9' hangar main electrical building expansions; two preaction valve foam storage buildings; sprinkler and under-wing fire control systems in two aircraft hangars; a drain system to remove water and foam applied during fire flow conditions; a storage pond to store spent fire fighting water removed by the drain system, an oil-water separator, and a pumping facility and pipeline to pump the water to the existing base sanitary sewer system; and provide electrical supply, controls and alarm system for the above. ECC is between $1 million and $5 million. Time of completion is 240 calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
