The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food Safety and Inspection Service
has a requirement for services to provide estimates on the prevalence
of stores providing quantitative nutrition labeling information for
single-ingredient, raw (including frozen) meat and poultry products,
and to provide estimates on the prevalence of stores that are providing
safe handling instructions for raw meat and poultry products
(single-and multi-ingredient) that are packaged at the retail level.
The survey shall include, but not be limited to the following: (1)
identify a nationally representative sample of approximately 2,000
retail stores inthe U.S.A., (2) conduct an observational check in each
retail store. The final completion date is September 30, 1995. Request
