The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to place a sole source contract with Inter-National Research Institute (INRI), 1850 Centennial Park Dr., Suite 200, Reston, VA 22091 for engineering technical support for the application of the Joint Maritime Command Information System (JMCIS) as the Common Operating Environment upon which to build the Advanced Tomahawk Control System (ATWCS) and related software applications.
