99 -- DISPERSION MIXER WITH CONVERSION TANK SOL DAAD05-95-B-0021 DUE 022895 POC Contract Specialist Ginny Fenner (410) 278-2409 (Site Code DAAD05) The U. S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground Support Activity has a requirement to purchase a Dispersion Mixer with Conversion Tank, Cady International Model No. 25T or equal. As a minimum, the Dispersion Mixer shall consist of the following: Structural frame and motor support with base capable of a 48'' rise with air/oil accumulator; mixing head shall have the ability to be positioned anywhere within a 360 degree radius; motor shall be 75 HP, 460 volt, 3 phase, 60 hertz, operate at 5200 RPM and shall have rotor capable of 9000 ft/min with tolerances of .015-.018 inches to allow the chemical intimate contact with asbestos. As a minimum, the Conversion Tank shall consist of the following: 300 gallon minimum; jacketed 304 stainless steel side wall and bottom to include pressure regulator with spiral wound path for efficient cooling; water pressure regulator set at 15 psi; 120 grit interior; 100 grit exterior; and 4'' flush bottom ball valve.
