Fogarty, (215)823-5872 Contractor will furnish all labor, materials and equipment required for transcribing all Hospital Summaries, Operative Reports, C&P Exams, and STAT Reports for the Philadelphia Medical Center, Medical Administration Service. The Contractor must be able to access dictation via the RTAS Digital System and have the capability to down load into the VA DHCP System via PSI Link. Pick-up or delivery of material take place via Digital Dictation. All requests for packages must be sumitted in writing, telephone requests will not be honored. Solicitation packages will be available on 2/21/95. The contract period shall be from 4/1/95 through 9/30/95 with two (2) one year options. (0025)
