R -- PROGRAM/DATA AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO THE AGENCY'S OFFICE OF FOOD FOR PEACE (FFP) SOL OP/A/FAO-95-P-002 DUE 032495 POC Contact: Bruce Baltas (703) 875-1695, Contracting Officer: Rosella Marshall (703) 875-1170 R--The Agency for International Development (USAID) contemplates issuing an RFP for a three year Fixed Price 8(a) contract whereby the awardee will be required to provide experienced personnel to provide program and technical support to the programs and projects of the Office of Food for Peace (FFP) to1) improve administrative, technical, and program support in planning, management, monitoring and evaluation of development and emergency programs. 2) improve the capacity of programs in the areas of grants, Institutional Support programs to Private Voluntary Organizations/Cooperative Development Organizations PVOs/CDOs, and other related activities. 3) assist and support other FFP management activities, program planning, sectorial studies, budget analysis as well as system maintenance. The RFP will be subject to competition among 8(a) firms only. All responsible 8(a) sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. Interested offerors may request a copy of RFP OP/A/FAO-95-P-002 by submitting a written request along with three self-addressed self-stick mailing labels.
