FLINTCO, General Contractors, Tulsa, Oklahoma is requesting qualification proposals from Indian Owned Firms interested in furnishing construction subcontract services in connection with the construction of the Fort Belknap Health Center to be constructed in Fort Belknap, Montana and the Hays Health Center to be constructed in Hays, Montana. The new facility at Fort Belknap is to be approximately 4,804 gross square meters and Hays is to be approximately 1410 gross square meters. The total estimated construction cost is in excess of ten million dollars. Interested parties may request qualification forms which consists of a Questionnaire with general instructions from Norm Grayson, Project Manager, FLINTCO General Contractors, P.O. Box 340, Hays, Montana 59527. To be considered, interested firms must complete and return the questionnaire along with the certificate of Indian Ownership. Firms already certified by the Fort Belknap Community Council T.E.R.O. do not need to complete a new questionnaire. Qualifications proposals will be received by Norm Grayson, Project Manager, until 4:30 P.M., local time, February 10, 1995. Following the review and evaluation of the qualification proposals, bids will be requested only from those firms prequalified (either from those returning questionnaires or already certified T.E.R.O. firms). Preference will be given to Indian owned firms in accordance with P.L. 93-638 and implementing regulations. (023)
