Description of Work: This is a design/construct solicitation. Demolish 28 buildings (224 existing family housing units), 21 gang carports, 1 barn and all existing infrastructure. Demolition also includes asbestos abatement and removal of 88 underground fuel-oil storage tanks. Construct 213 new three bedroom Junior NCO quarters, 11 new handicapped accessible three bedroom Junior NCO quarters, all site development and supporting utilities.
