Services to provide Technical Assistance to troubled and/or mod-troubled PHAs as determined in accordance with Section (6)(j) of the U.S. Housing Act of 1937. It is estimated that between 150 and 160 PHAs are (or may be) designated as troubled and/or mod-troubled under the PHMAP at any given time during this contract period. The objective of the Technical Assistance is to help troubled and/or mod-troubled PHAs implement specified strategies to correct identified deficiencies. The Technical Assistance the Department plans will eliminate or substantially remedy existing deficiencies at troubled and/or mod-troubled PHAs. The Department reserves the right to make more than one contract award under this solicitation. An Indefinite Quantity Contract is contemplated. If one Indefinite Quantity Contract is awarded the Minimum is $250,000. If more that one Indefinite Quantity Contract is awarded, the Minimum is $100,000. The Maximum Amount for this procurement is $40,000,000, regardless of the number of contracts awarded. The performance period is four (4) years.
