The Officer in Charge requires the Contractor to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform the maintenance and repair of all family housing units and other assets. The maintenance, alteration and repair services to be performed under this contract include, but not limited to: associated utilities systems (heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, water, sewer, gas etc.); household accessories and appliances; playground equipment; painting; janitorial services; and ground maintenance, etc. Additionally, the Contractor shall perform all the following repair work as a result of vandalism, fire, weather conditions, (i.e. wind, rain, storm, snow, etc.), whether or not the required services resulted from resident abuse, and or any other causes (i.e. forced entry in emergency cases), as required by the Contracting Officer. Work will be accomplished by a combination, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite/Quantity Type contract for a period not to exceed 12 months with four (4) one-year options not-to-exceed sixty (60) months.
