Brody, Contract Specialist, (908)532-0044 The US Army Research Laboratory intends to negotiate a modification to Contract DAAL01-92-C-0226 with Vitronics, Inc., 15 Meridian Road, Eatontown, NJ 07724, for a six (6) month extension and an additional 3 month option of the Technical Support Services for the Electronic and Power Sources Directorate on a sole source basis pursuant to the FAR 6.301(1)(2)(ii) since it is deemed to be the only responsible source. The proposed contract action is a follow-on effort to continue critical mission support for operation and maintenance support services to complete critical tasks.
