The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for the management of the operations of and the continuing development of the Background Data Center(BDC). The BDC is a facility for classified and unclassified scientific data in support of The Ballistic Missile Defense Organization (BMDO). The contractor shall be responsible for providing material upgrades, maintaining operating licenses, providing personnel to manage and operate the BDC and providing personnel for program-dependent requirements.
