Colbert, (502) 798-7566 Contractor shall provide doughnuts, fried pies, and coffee cakes. Doughnuts to be provided must be fresh and range from glazed, chocolate coated, cream or jelly, sugar, cinnamon and plain. French crullers and prepackaged doughnuts will also be required. Fried pies to be provided must be individually packaged, assorted flavors, sugar glazed coated, any pie filling shall be no less than 30 percent of total pie weight/ingredients, and be 4-5 ounces in size. Coffee cakes/Honey Buns to be provided must be individually wrapped and be no less than 3-4 ounces in size. Contract type is a requirements contract and items will be requested on an as needed basis. Estimated quantities for the twelve (12) month period of performance is as follows: Fresh doughnuts including French crullers, approximately 18,000 dozen; Fried Pies approximately 15,000 each; Coffee cakes/Honey buns approximately 25,000 each; and prepackaged doughnuts (3 count) approximately 10,000 each. Contractor is required to deliver to approximately twenty-eight (28) locations at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Delivery must be accomplished not later than twenty-four (24) hours after notification. This acquisition is unrestricted. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 2051. Small business size standard is 500 employees. Period of performance is anticipated to be from 1 June 1995 through 31 May 1996.
