The scope of work includes the construction of the Main Lodge, yurts, bathhouse, cabins, site work, paving, utility systems, etc., located at Ft. Tuthill, a Luke Air Force Base facility located approximately 3 miles outside the city of Flagstaff, Arizona. Include all materials labor and parts necessary to complete all work outlined in drawings and specifications for additive bid items. This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. Estimated price range for work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Bid documents, including plans and specifications are expected to be available on or about 16 Feb 95. SIC 1521 applies.
