Ft. of existing space on the sixth floor, A-Wing, for an Ambulatory Surgery Suite at the Wm. S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, Madison, WI all in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The work will involve general construction and demolition, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry and asbestos abatement. Duration of project is 9 months. Cost range is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. All requests for this solicitation shall be in writing. No telephone requests will be accepted. A limited number of bid packages will be available to prime and sub-contractors on a first come, first serve basis until the supply is exhausted. This solicitation will be available O/A 2/10/95.
