He can be reached at Area Code (612) 370-2115 The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection Quarantine (PPQ) intends to acquire aircraft services for aerial release of sterile pink bollworm moths in Shafter, California. Two aircraft with pilots are required with option for a third aircraft with pilot. All necessary ground crew shall be provided by the contractor. Contract period will begin approximately May 9, 1995 through October 13, 1995, plus or minis five percent. A fixed price contract. F.O. B. destination.
