L -- TECHNICAL AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT FOR THE AN/BSY-2(V) SUBMARINE COMBAT SYSTEM SOL N00024-95-R-6536 POC Robert Parillo, Negotiator, (703) 602-5780. The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to award a sole source contract to Martin Marietta Corporation, Ocrean, Radar and Sensor Systems Division, P.O. Box 4840, Syracuse, NY to provide system engineering support for the AN/BSY-2(V) Submarine Combat System and Consolidated Shore Facility. The required support includes field engineering, test and installation support, logistics coordination, engineering change kit development, technical data support, testing, repair, and operation of the Consolidated Shore Facility unique to the AN/BSY-2(V) production systems. The anticipated contract will consist of a base period of approximately 75,000 man hours plus four option years averaging 168,000 man hours each for an estimated grand total of 747,000 man hours.
