Hayden, (717)272-6621x4441 Contractor is required to furnish all labor, supervision, material, transportation and equipment necessary to provide for the removal/disposal of medical waste incinerated ash content in accordance with the terms, conditions, provisions and specificatins of the contract document. The base period of the contract is April 1 through September 30, 1995. The Government reserves the right to 3 twelve month renewal options. Removal/disposal must be in strict accordance with the most current Department of Environmental resources (DER) regulations. Pickups will be as required by the Government and may include federal and national holidays. Contractor must be properly licensed/permitted for handling such ash. Ash must be transported to a landfill which is properly licensed/permitted for the receipt of such ash. SIC Code 4953, small business size standard $6 million aplies.
