Vendors believing they can supply these services at A competitive COST, shall submit A written response within 15 days of the publication date of this notice that clearly shows its ability to meet the Government'S needs-responses shall include prices technical experience of contractors employees, including past contracts for same, certification of ability to support software products listed, including strategy for obtaining access to the iams and CAM source Code, GSA contract number, if applicable. All responsible sources may respond and will be fully considered, however, oral communication is not acceptable-NO contract award will be made on the basis of offers/proposals received in response to this notice. Written responses must include pricing and technical information sufficient to enable the Government to determine if A Solicitation is warranted-as aresult of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that A Solicitation will be issued. If asolicitation is issued, NO additional synopsis will be published.
