The Bureau of Reclamation, Administrative Service Center (ASC) intends to modify the existing contract to procure additional automated classification and integrated personnel document system software from Resource Management Software, Inc., 9500 Front Street, Suite 210, Tacoma WA. This product is called ProClass Plus which is being customized to interact with the Federal Personnel Payroll System (FPPS) currently being developed by the ASC. Due to the proprietary nature of this software, Resource Management Software is the only source that can provide the additional software. The initial CBD was synopsized on May 10, 1993 and July 30, 1993. Any responses to this notice shall be in writing, reference this notice, and shall be submitted to the above POC by March 7, 1995.
